RETURNS & EXCHANGE

 Your item must be in original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 20 days of your original purchase.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order if applicable.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please email howdy@madewild.com before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange. 

*Please allow up to 7 days for a credit or debit card refund to show up on your card statement.
